Credit/debit cards previously signed up for auto pay need to be re-enrolled on new portal.     

No sign in required when using Quick Pay option.   

No fee options: Cash, check, in person credit/debit card or recurring EFT payments   

Convenience fees of 3%:  all online and pay by phone (IVR) credit/debit card payments
