Welcome to the official online payments website  for the City of Pflugerville, Texas
ATTENTION UTILITY BILLING CUSTOMERS: Starting May 1, 2024, a 3.5% processing fee ($2.50 minimum) will be charged for all credit/debit card payments. ACH (e-check) one-time or draft payments are a $1.95 per transaction.  

This decision ensures a more equitable system where residents who choose the convenience of credit card payments cover the associated processing fees, rather than these costs being spread across all utility customers. This new system creates an equitable approach by ensuring those who choose credit card payments cover the associated processing costs.

Management of water and wastewater services for Lakeside WCID’s #1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D (Blackhawk), Lakeside MUD #3 (Commons at Rowe Lane), and Kelly Lane WCID’s 1 and 2 (Avalon) have moved from the City of Pflugerville to Crossroads Utility Services.
