ATTENTION: Starting May 1, 2024, a 3.5% processing fee ($2.50 minimum) will be charged for all credit/debit card payments. ACH (e-check) one-time or draft payments are a $1.95 per transaction. This decision ensures a more equitable system where residents who choose the convenience of credit card payments cover the associated processing fees, rather than these costs being spread across all utility customers. This new system creates an equitable approach by ensuring those who choose credit card payments cover the associated processing costs 

***When enrolling or updating Auto Pay, you understand that your account will automatically be drafted on the same day every month.  We recommend you pay 3 to 5 days before your due date.  If you schedule your payment after it is due, you may incur a late penalty that, if left unpaid, will result in disconnection of service.***
