The customer portal will allow you access to view your billing history, create a new service account, manage payments, sign up for ebilling, plus more.
You may register your account by clicking Customer Portal under Available service. To add your account, you will need your 14 digit account number and the amount of the last payment on your account for verification purposes.
If we had a valid email address, your account number was sent to that email address on 02/26/23 from noreply@waterga.com. If you did not receive an email, please send an email to CustomerCare@waterga.com to request your account number.
For a faster response, please use the subject line: New Account Number Request and in the body of the email please be sure to include your name as it is shown on your account along with your service address.
For first time registrants and new account customers you will enter "0.00" as the amount of your last payment.
**Please expect delays as we assist all of our customers with gaining access to this new portal and answering questions that everyone may have.
