Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
To restore service from non-payment disconnection, payment should be made in person.
Our system will only accept bank issued credit or debit cards.
Returned checks must be paid and picked up in the WPWA office. Cash only. Online payments are automatically applied to the account.
There is a $1.25 transaction fee for this service.
Holiday closings for the WPWA office will be JAN 15TH, FEB 19TH, MAR 30TH, MAY 28TH, JULY 4TH, SEPT 3RD, NOV 12TH, 22ND & 23RD, DEC 24TH & 25TH.
