Payment Arrangements
Payment Arrangments are not allowed online. Call 210-659-0333 (option 2) at least one day before disconnection date.
Late Payments Online
All payments received after 4:30 pm on the extended due date will be assessed an additional reconnection fee of $50.00
If a late payment is made online after disconnection, you will need to pay the past due amount and the $50.00 reconnection fee. Once paid, contact Water Billing at 210-659-0333 (option 2) to schedule
a reinstatement of your water service.
