I did not receive the verification code, why did the code not come over?

Why am I being charged a fee for making a payment online?

While WCID No. 17 does not assess credit card fees, many payment processors do. A processing fee may be applied to all credit card transactions by our 3rd party payment processor. Please see full details at the time of payment submission.

How can I add more accounts to my login?

Once you have signed on to the new portal at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/traviscowcidtx click on “Utility Billing”. Click “Manage Accounts” in the upper left corner. Click “Add account” (in the middle of the page)

Why am I getting a paper bill, if I used to get e-bills?

Customers are able to set preference for paper statements or e-bills on the new portal. Under Contract Preferences on the top left side of the page once logged in.

Why was my autopay cancelled?

We recently upgraded to a new billing software system in which new account numbers were assigned by the software provider. In order to schedule autopay, the user must register their account in the new system. You may do so by visiting https://www.wcid17.org/billing/new-customer-service-portal/ or calling 833-795-7142. Please have your new account number and last payment amount, both of which can be found on your latest statement.
