Utility Bills are payable by the 1st of the month.
A $10.00 late fee is applied if not paid by 11:59 p.m. on the 15th of the month and a cutoff notice will be generated. Payments with Debit/Check Cards may not post until the next business day causing a penatly to be assessed.
If the bill is not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 25th of the month, services will be disconnected and a $25.00 continuation/reconnection fee will be charged. Payments with Debit/Check Cards may not post until the next business day causing a penatly to be assessed.
You must also contact the City Collector to prevent disconnection or for re-connection or service.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. except on observed holidays.
