The City of Stroud provides electric, water, sewer, and garbage.
Single Family residents who live north of HW 66 or east of HW 99 will have trash picked up on Wednesday.
Single Family residents who live south of HW 66 or west of HW 99 will have trash picked up on Thursday.
If you are not picked up on your designated day please contact City Hall.
Cutoffs will be processed on May 28th, 2024.
If you can not make your monthly payment, it is important that you call City Hall and set up a payment arrangement before the 24th of the month or account will be subject to cutoff.
For paperless billing, please contact City Hall.
All bills are due by the 10th of the month without a penalty.
Cutoffs will be processed on or after the 25th of the month.
If the payment is not received by the due date, the account immediately becomes subject to a late charge and possible disconnection. Should utility service be disconnected due to delinquent payments, a reconnection fee will be required before services can be
turned back on and an additional deposit may also be required.

To Register please make sure we have your email address on file at City Hall then follow the steps below.
1. Create a new account by clicking "Login / Register" in the top right corner, then “Register”
2. Enter the information on screen. An activation email will be sent to you (be sure to check junk and spam folders). Once your account is activated, click the “Utility Billing” tab at the top.
3. There you will be able to see your account(s) listed. If you do not see your account(s), click the button to “Add an account”. You will need your account number and last payment amount.
