Information required to set up your account (or reestablish your account if you haven't been in the system since November):
- Account number
- Last payment amount (Please enter 0.00 if you haven't made any payments since November).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you previously paid with a credit card, do not include the card transaction fee in your last payment amount. Only use the actual bill amount.
Example: If your bill was $50.00 and you paid online ($51.50 with the $1.50 fee), use only the $50.00 bill amount in the "last payment amount" field.
Once you have that information available, you may reregister for online payments.
