PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS!

Most traffic tickets can be paid online without requiring a court appearance.  However, certain violations require a court appearance and cannot be paid online.  If you were arrested, only adjudicated court fines can be paid online.  This means that if you have not already appeared in court and pled guilty or otherwise been found guilty, you cannot pay online until you have appeared in court and an order has been entered on your case.

If you received a traffic ticket only (meaning you were issued a citation and released without posting bond or being fingerprinted), you must still enter a plea (either guilty or no contest) and waive your right to attorney and trial before being able to pay online.

If you received a show cause order for failing to appear on your fines due court date or for failure to appear regarding a probation violation, you must call the court clerk’s office after making your online payment to find out if and when you need to appear in court.

If you have an active contempt warrant, paying your fines online does not automatically relieve you of the warrant.  You must still call the court clerk’s office after making your payment.

If your license was suspended prior to 2019 for failure to appear on your ticket, you must contact the court clerk’s office in order to obtain the clearance form you will need to get your license reinstated.

If you are wanting to sign up for the adult defensive driving course to keep the ticket from being reported to your insurance company, you MUST call the court clerk's office PRIOR to paying online!
