- Account Number

Please note that payments will be posted to your account the following business day.
Please DO NOT use the Sierra Madre online program if you need:
- * to reconnect after service has been disconnected. You must contact the Utility Billing Office at (626) 355-7135 to restore service.
- * your payment posted the same day. Payments will be posted the following business day, your payment may not make it in time to avoid penalties and/or shut-off.
