For new residential accounts, if an install fee has been credited to your account you may need to enter 50.00 as the last payment amount (30.00 for transferred service). Existing Accounts - Enter the last payment amount minus any convenience fee paid.

Please Note:  The Maximum credit card payment is $1,000. If service has been terminated for non-payment, you must contact the Customer & Utility Services Department at 903-892-7237 to restore service. Starting July 1, 2021, a convenience fee of $1.25 per transaction will be charged for making payments online (Credit Card Drafts will include the $1.25 fee).
