Sewer Averaging: Sewer averaging review takes place Nov 1st through Mar 31st. Lower water usage means a lower sewer bill for the upcoming year. Adjustments to the calculated sewer rate can only occur in the event the consumer is granted a water leak adjustment during the winter averaging months. Evaluation of an adjustment to the sewer average rate must be received by Apr 30th.
Past Due Balances: Please note that past due account balances are due immediately and the due date showing on a bill with a past due balance is for the current amount only. Please contact Utility Billing regarding past due balances as delinquent accounts are subject to discontinued service.
Bulk Collection: Apr bulk collection occurs the week of Apr 8th for yellow zone customers. The week of Apr 22nd is for blue zone customers. The zone map can be viewed online https://www.cityofsachse.com/192/Trash-Services.
Water Restrictions: April 1st through October 31st limits watering to 2 days per week. Your allowed days of the week are contingent on address. Visit www.cityofsachse.com/331/Water-Conservation-Restrictions to view your allowed days.
