You may either make a one-time payment or sign in/sign up for the customer portal.
The customer portal has many options such as viewing/printing bills, enrolling in auto pay, making one-time payments, viewing payment and notification history, usage graphs and more. Plus, by signing up for the customer portal, you will not be required
to know the “last payment amount” each time you wish to make a payment. Whichever option you select, the following steps will assist in making the payment:
If signing up/signing in for the portal, please click “register” to register your account the first time. After registering, all you will need to do is sign in each time you wish to access your portal account.
Then, enter your account number (example: 12-34567-89)
Enter the last payment amount for the account.
If you have created an account in the customer portal, you can click “Manage Account” then
“Add Account” to add other utility accounts.
