Office Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Bills are due upon receipt. Payments received after 5pm will be credited on the next business day. Failure to receive bill does not relieve you of penalties, fees or disconnection of service. On accounts not paid by 5pm on the last business day of the month, a penalty of 10% will be added. Past due balances must be paid in full by 5pm on the 14th day of the month or payment of the full balance (including penalties) must be paid by 5pm on the 15th day of the month to prevent services from being disconnected and a $50 fee from being applied to the account.
If the 14th or 15th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, please make payment the preceding business day by 5pm. Accounts having a past due balance will be disconnected without further notice. Full balance (including penalties) must be paid in full to restore services.
If payment is not received, services will be disconnected on the 16th of the month.
