Beginning in May of 2024, the due date will be the 5th of each month. Late fees will be applied at 8:00 am the following business day.
Disconnects for non-payment will be on the 20th of each month.
If either date falls on a weekend or holiday, you'll have the next business day to pay. We'll continue to send courtesy "call" reminders prior to posting late fees or disconnects.
