***When enrolling or updating Auto Pay, you understand that your account will automatically be drafted on the same day every month. We recommend you pay 3 to 5 days before your due date. If you schedule your payment after it is due, you may incur a late penalty that, if left unpaid, will result in disconnection of service.***
For utility billing service requests, email utilitybilling@pflugervilletx.gov. You must provide account number, name, service address, phone number and complete details so that we can assist you.
