When is my bill due?
All bills are due by the 15th of current month. A 10% late fee added after the 15th. Service may be diconnected if not paid by the 25th. A $41.00 reconnect fee will be added to current bill and will have to be paid in full before service is reconnected.
How much is a deposit for my water account.
Water deposits are $100.00 for Residental service and $200.00 for Commercial service. Any bad debt that a customer has with the city will need to be paid before services can be connected.
what information will I need to turn on services?
Information needed to turn service on is Photo ID, Proof of Social, and a rental agreement/lease agreement/or proof of ownership for the property.
