Notice to City of Ormond Beach Utility Customers
The City of Ormond Beach will consider an increase in water and sewer rates at public hearings scheduled for Wednesday, September 3 and 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the City Commission chambers located at 22 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida.
Florida Statute 180.136 requires that before a local government water or sewer utility increases any rate, charge or fee for water or sewer utility service, the utility shall provide notice of the proposed increase to each customer through the utility’s billing process. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the public hearing of the governing board of the local government at which such increase will be considered.
