You will need to send an email to customerservice@ormondbeach.org. Please include your name, address and account & customer numbers (if you have those). Please also include the date you plan to pay the bill. Your utility account will be reviewed and you will receive an email letting you know if the extension has been granted. If you are unable to send an email, there is an extension request form in our office you can fill out. Extension requests will not be granted on the phone.
Yes. You can schedule a payment with a card. Keep in mind, though, this does NOT change your due date. You are still subject to late fees and/or disconnection of service if the date you choose is past your due date. You will need to request an extension of time if you cannot pay by your due date.
You will need to create a new account to access billing history and re-enroll a card for autopay, if that is your desired payment method.
Yes. As of July 25th, you will only be granted access to the new payment portal.
