Can I schedule the day I want to pay my bill?
Yes. You can schedule a payment with a card. Keep in mind, though, this does NOT change your due date. You are still subject to late fees and/or disconnection of service if the date you choose is past your due date.
Will I need to do anything?
Online Autopay: You will need to create a new account to access billing history and re-enroll a card for autopay if that is your desired payment method.
Will I lose access to the existing Citizen Self-Service Portal?
Yes. As of July 25th, you will only be granted access to the new payment portal.
