Orange County, TX - District Clerk

The District Clerk's Office is responsible for the filing of all domestic and civil suits.  These include all felony criminal cases, divorce suits, civil law suits and delinquent tax suits.  We issue all citations, notices, temporary restraining orders, warrants, and capias in these suits.  We are responsible for all paperwork for the District Courts and the County-At-Law sitting as a domestic relations court.  The District Clerk's office is responsible for summonsing the Grand Jurors and the Petit Jurors.
