When searching for your citation you will need to make sure that your date of birth is properly formatted or it will not pull up any violations. If the month is a single digit, you will need to place a zero in front of the first digit. You will also need to ensure you place a backslash between the month/date and date/year.
For example if your date of birth is January 3rd, 2000 you will need to type: 01/03/2000
Monday-Thursday from 7:30-4:30
Friday- 8:00-4:00 (closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30)
