Once you go on the website (www.norcrossga.net), there will be some orange tabs to your left facing the screen. You will click on Online Payments, once you click there will be a screen that has Make One-Time Payment, you will click Pay Now, then Utility Bill and it should ask for your account number and street number ONLY. Click Find and you should be able to pay.
