Yard Sale Requirements per Ordinance2007-C:

•Yard sales are limited to 4 percalendaryear •All transactions shall be confined to the yard, garage,or patio of premises •The duration of any garage sale may not exceed three (3) consecutive calendar days •Permit shall be located in a visible area

Yard Sale Signage per Ordinance 2007-CSection4.03.004: •Signs shall not exceed four (4) square feet in sign area •All signs must be removed within twenty-four (24) hours of conclusion of garage sale •Signs should show the date of sale •Signs shall NOT be posted on utility poles, traffic signs, city easements, or placed on city property

Any person, corporation, or firm in violation of these ordinances may be fined. 1st offense: $25.00
