Welcome to our online payments website!
New Ulm Public Utilities is currently working on billing software conversion. Staff is taking extra care to make sure the utility bills are calculated accurately. Due to the extra time being taken to verify all the information many customers will receive their bills later than normal.
First cycle bills normally would have been mailed on February 12th but will be mailed on February 20th and due on March 7th.
Second cycle bills would normally be mailed on February 20th but will be mailed on February 22nd and due on March 9th.
Third cycle bills are scheduled for a normal timeline. They will be mailed on February 26th and due on March 13th.
The utility bill format has changed. The bills will still contain the same basic information but will look a little different. Portions of the bill will have a slightly different layout and sections will be outlined instead of colored.
Utility payments will continue to be accepted in the Finance Office at City Hall, online, in the mail, at Hy-Vee’s customer service counter, and in the drop box in the City Hall parking lot. The Public Utilities will also continue to offer the option of automatic bank draft (ACH) payments. If you have any questions on your utility bills, we can be reached at (507)359-8259 or stop in at City Hall, 100 North Broadway. We are happy to assist you.
If you wish to receive your future bills through email instead of a printed copy in the mail you can contact our office at (507)359-8259 or us the online payment site to email us.
Thank you for your patience.
