Announcement:

The utility bill format has changed.  The bills will still contain the same basic information but will look a little different.  Portions of the bill will have a slightly different layout and sections will be outlined instead of colored.

Utility payments will continue to be accepted in the Finance Office at City Hall, online, in the mail, at Hy-Vee’s customer service counter, and in the drop box in the City Hall parking lot.   The Public Utilities will also continue to offer the option of automatic bank draft (ACH) payments.  If you have any questions on your utility bills, we can be reached at (507)359-8259 or stop in at City Hall, 100 North Broadway.  We are happy to assist you.

If you wish to receive your future bills through email instead of a printed copy in the mail you can contact our office at (507)359-8259, use Contact Us link on the online payment site to email us, or click on the Utility Billing link to get to the Online Services options and click on sign up for e-billing.
