Effective July 27, 2020, a 2.5% convenience fee will be added for all credit and debit card payments.

Midland Municipal Court has now reopened its lobby to the public and resumed in-person arraingnments. The Court is also proud to announce a virtual court program. To help minimize foot traffic, the Court will be allowing eligible defendants access to a Judge by utilizing the Zoom platform for a virtual walk-in court session.   These are held Monday-Thursday at 3:30 PM.  

Defendants who wish to speak with a Judge via virtual court may fill out this form and request here. You cannot participate in virtual court if you are under the age of 17, nor if you have been charged with certain criminal violations, such as minor with tobacco or alcohol, or any theft or assault charges.

Once you are deemed eligible, a court clerk will respond to the email with a date, time, and instructions on how to join the virtual courtroom.  In accordance with the Office of Court administration and the Public Adminstration Act, all sessions will be live streamed on YouTube through this link.

All individuals contacting the court will be encouraged to review the online services available to mitigate in-person foot traffic. Defendants may also email documents, record requests, motions, and letters of representation to court@midlandtexas.gov.
