*Online Credit Card Payments – Only existing utility accounts are eligible to pay online, new accounts must be set up in person or by phone by contacting the utility billing office at (573) 581-2100. 
Each online transaction is limited to $550.00 or below and a $3.95 convenience fee will apply to each online credit card payment.  E-check payments will have a $1.95 convenience fee.
