To begin the process, either print a tap application from our website or vist us at City Hall Annex (194 N. Main) to obtain an application.
Once completed, the application with be submitted to the Planning & Development Department. At that point the Planning & Development Department, along with the Utility Maintenance Department will determine the availabilty and cost.
To establish service at a location that is currently served by the City, a customer will need to come in person to City Hall Annex at 194 N. Main Street. A photo ID and deposit will be required.
