How to check on the availability of water/sewer taps to a new location?

To begin the process, either print a tap application from our website or vist us at City Hall Annex (194 N. Main) to obtain an application.

Once completed, the application with be submitted to the Planning & Development Department.  At that point the Planning & Development Department, along with the Utility Maintenance Department will determine the availabilty and cost. 

How Do I Establish Water/Sewer Service?

To establish service at a location that is currently served by the City, a customer will need to come in person to City Hall Annex at 194 N. Main Street.  A photo ID and deposit will be required.    

How much is a deposit, and what are the rates for water/sewer?

1.) Register online for your new online portal profile.

2.) Link any existing utility accounts with your new online portal profile.

3.) Pay your existing balance or re/enroll in Auto-Pay.
