Chase Web Payment Processing Changes
As of January 21, 2026, we rolled out updates to our Tyler system for Chase web payments in phases that took approximately two weeks.
These updates improved fraud protection by adding enhanced ZIP code checks and introduced unique payment confirmation numbers.
ZIP Code Check at Checkout
We now check that the ZIP code you enter at checkout matches the ZIP code your bank has on file for your card. If they don’t match exactly, the payment will be declined.
If your payment is declined, please try again and make sure you enter the correct ZIP code. If you’re using a saved card, you may need to update the ZIP code in your saved payment information.
Please note: You may see more declined payments if the wrong ZIP code is entered, but this does not mean there is a problem with our payment system.
