In addition, the Agency does not make any representations, guarantees, or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability of the information provided via the Customer Portal, or its use or the results of its use. Under no circumstances will the District be liable for any actions taken by the User in reliance on any information or data contained on the Customer Portal from whatever source, nor will the District be liable to the User for any consequences from their reliance on such information or data. The Customer Portal is provided to the User at his/her/their own risk “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent provided by California law, the District disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the Customer Portal and its use, including but is not limited to the following:

Online Refund Policy

In the event that your purchase from us was charged to your credit card or paid by check in error or without your permission, We will honor your request to cancel the original transaction and refund your payment in full, as long as the request is made within ninety days of the original transaction, and in the case of merchandise, the merchandise is returned.

If your original payment was made by credit card, the period of ninety days will begin from the transaction processingdate. If payment was made by check, the period of ninety days will begin from the date the check was written. we reserve the right to revise this policy at any time.
