This service is for payment of court fines and fees for the Androscoggin County Unified Criminal docket, which includes cases at the Lewiston District Court and Androscoggin Superior Court. For criminal case fines in other locations please visit the CourtFines site.
You may also pay your fine by mail or in person at the courthouse where your fine is due.
If you do not pay the full amount due or the amount designated by your payment plan within the time allowed, a warrant may be issued, a $50 late fee may be assessed for each charge, and for some offenses your license may be suspended.
If suspended, you will need to pay a reinstatement fee as determined by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
It may take up to 2 business days for your transaction to be processed by the State of Maine, during this time any outstanding warrants and/or license suspensions will remain in effect. Partial payments will not absolve outstanding warrants and/or license suspensions, these will remain in effect until the fine is paid in full. Please contact the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to pay your reinstatement fees once your fine has been paid in full. Payment provided through this service does not cover your attorney fees or restitution. If you have questions regarding attorney fees or restitution please contact the appropriate court directly.
Fine amounts due are refreshed daily.
A convenience fee of 5% will be assessed for each electronic payment when using a credit or debit card. A minimum convenience fee of $1.00 per transaction will be charged. Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover will be accepted. American Express will not be accepted.
The convenience fee can be avoided by paying by mail using check or money order or by going to the Maine courthouse where the case resides and paying by check, money order or cash.
