Please note that the website company charges $1.25 for each payment. If you have multiple accounts, please pay those with one payment to avoid multiple charges from the contracted service provider. The charge goes directly to the website hosting company, and therefore will show as a separate charge on your banking or credit card statement.
You will need your account number and amount of the last payment to set up a login ID and Password. If you do not have this information, please call the Utility Section in City Hall at (770) 957-5043, and we will assist you in locating the correct information.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern with exception of certain city-observed holidays.
