The following payments cannot be made here unless you have already appeared before a Judge:
- Any defendant charged with a violation who was under the age of 17 at the time of the offense
- Defendants charged with an alcohol violation who are under the age of 21
- Defendants charged with a tobacco violation who are under the age of 21
These cases will be set for Court and the defendant will receive notice via mail.
By entering a plea of guilty or no contest on this case you are waiving your right to a jury trial or hearing by the court and are agreeing to pay all fines and costs assessed by the Court. A judgment of guilty will result in a conviction and could have adverse effects on your license and/or criminal record. The above statement does not apply to those who have already been granted deferred disposition or driving safety course by the court.
