COVID-19 VIRUS STATE OF EMERGENCY
City water service will not be disconnected for nonpayment and late fees will be waived during the declared state of emergency. Unpaid account balances WILL continue to accrue and customers are still obligated to pay their utility bills as this temporary suspension of disconnect is not intended to provide free service but instead to ensure residents have access to water in defense of the spread of COVID-19.
Access to City owned buildings is limited to only City employees and authorized personnel; City business (including utility billing payments & operations) will be conducted via telephone, internet, drop-box, online payments, and the drive thru window.
