Accounts that are currently disconnected from service will not be activated by payments made on this site. In order to reconnect service, you must contact the Water Department at (806) 872-4336.
Payments for returned checks must be paid in person at the Water Department Office.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Drive Through Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
