Welcome to Kennedale Municipal Court's online payments. Citations may not be available for online payment for at least two days from the date of issuance. You will have 30 calendar days from the date of issuance to dispose of your citation.
Please note that service fees for credit/debit cards will apply. There is a service fee of 3.95% in addition to a convenience fee that ranges from $2.50 to $3.50.
ATTENTION: AVOID DUPLICATE PAYMENTS. The Payment website has been experiencing occasional lags in processing speed. If your transaction lags and times out after you submitted payment, please call the court BEFORE you attempt to start a new transaction. 817-985-2140
Not all violations are eligible to be paid online. If you have questions regarding your ability to pay online, please contact the Municipal Court for assistance. An online convenience fee of $2.50 to $3.50 will be added to every online payment transaction. Payment for multiple violations on the same online transaction will incur only one online convenience fee.
The online payment system will require you to enter data in ALL CAPS and will require you to have your citation number and date of birth or your Driver's License number and date of birth to access the information for payments.
If you wish to contest your citation (plead Not Guilty), you must appear in person to schedule a court date to go before the Judge on or before the appearance date and time on your citation.
This online payment process requires you to enter a plea of guilty or no contest (nolo contendere) and to waive your right to a jury trial. If you have questions regarding your plea, you should visit the Municipal Court website for more explanations or contact an attorney for legal advice.
You CANNOT use this service to pay for:
A person in jail.
Posting a cash bond.
An assault offense relating to family violence.
Juveniles (16 and under) and Minors (under 21) with alcohol-related offenses CANNOT use the online payment service. Texas State Law requires these cases to appear before the Court in person. If you are 16 or under, you must appear in Court with a parent or legal guardian.

Requests for a 90-day Deferred Disposition can be made online for certain moving violations. A $25.00 special expense fee will be added to the cost of the citation. IMPORTANT: People 18-24 years old (at the time of citation) MUST complete a Driving Safety Course within their 90-day Deferred Disposition.
Pay $144 (regular zone) or $169 (school zone), then complete a 6-hour Driving Safety Course and order a State Driver Record within 90 days.
This online payment process requires you to enter a plea of guilty or no contest (nolo contendere) and to waive your right to a jury trial. Please note that if you have not previously entered a plea with the Court, your payment will constitute a plea and WILL result in a conviction. You may use this service to make payments on a previously arranged payment plan.
If you need to request an extension or payment plan, you will be required to appear in person with a government-issued photo ID. For more information, please contact the Kennedale Municipal Court Clerk's Office at 817-985-2140 before the appearance date listed
on your citation.
You may pay an active warrant of arrest using this online payment system; however, you are still subject to arrest until the Judge has accepted your payment. The court typically receives payments on the next business day; however, you should call the Court at 817-985-2140 if you have questions regarding the payment status for a warrant. Please be sure to print a receipt and keep it with you for proof of payment until you can verify the information with the Court.
