Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Bill due date is the 15th of each month. Please pay on or before 5:00 p.m. on the 15th to avoid a $15.00 penalty and possible disconnection. To pay using a credit/debit card, please call 1-833-303-3774. You will need your account number to access this system. Leaks should be repaired and reported as soon as possibe. Leak adjustments should be requested prior to DUE DATE for an accurate billing amount. Connections of new service should be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m. an additional fee applies. We ask that new service connection requests be completed before or after DUE DATE to avoid high wait times. If received on due date it will be processed the next business day. For assistance setting up your account for on-line access or to set up payment methods to include "auto draft" and "Text to Pay" please call 478-743-3211 and we will be glad to walk you through the process.
