To use the features of our new and improved member portal, you must sign into your account. To create an account, click on the "Sign In / Register" at the top right of the page. Once you've created your account, you'll need your account number and your last payment amount. Please be aware that your original (pre-2022) IWA account number has changed.
If you wish to make a payment without creating an account, your account number and last payment amount will still be required. Click here or the "Utility Billing" on the right side of the page. If you are a new member and this is your first payment, you can enter 0 for the last payment amount.
To sign up for ACH auto draft via your checking account, fill the form found here. If you're already on ACH auto draft and "PAID BY DRAFT" appears on your bill, there are no further changes needed. Your utility payment will still be drafted on your bill's due date. If your amount due is in parenthesis, this indicates a credit and payment is not necessary.
If you use a bill pay service through your bank, where your banking institution sends a check on your behalf, please make sure that the account number on the memo is accurate so we can successfully process your payment and minimize the risk of service interruptions.
