To use our new and improved member portal, you must create a new account. To create an account, click on the "Login / Register" at the top right of the page. Once you've createad your account, you'll need your account number and your last payment amount . Please be aware that your original IWA account number has changed. Your new account number (##-#####-## format) will appear on your bill starting in January 2022.
If you wish to make a payment without creating an account, your account number and last payment amount will still be required. Just click here or the "Utility Billing" on the right side of the page. If you are a new member and this is your first payment, you can enter 0 for the last payment amount.
To sign up for ACH auto draft via your checking account, fill the form found here. If you're already on ACH auto draft and "PAID BY DRAFT" appears on your bill, there are no further changes needed. Your utility payment will still be drafted on your bill's due date.
If you use a bill pay service through your bank, where your banking institution sends a check on your behalf, please update the account number so we can successfully process your payment and minimize the risk of service interruptions.
