SHOULD YOU NOT SEE THE OPTION FOR THOSE PROGRAMS THERE IS SOME REASON THAT YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE THEREFORE, SHOULD YOU CONTINUE TO PAY IT WILL RESULT IN A CONVICTION. WARNING:  NO VIOLATIONS OCCURING IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE WITH WORKERS PRESENT WILL BE GRANTED DEFERRED DISPOSITION OR DRIVING SAFETY COURSES PER STATUTE.

ALL REQUEST ARE SUBJECT TO THE JUDGE'S APPROVAL.

Requesting Deferred Disposition via web:

No person in violation of speeding over 30 mph will be granted or allowed deferred disposition. As you go through the online payments module you will need to download the Motion for Deferred Disposition Request form, fill it out completely with signatures and upload it back to our website.  Once you upload that document you can then make your payment online in full.  Failure to upload the signed documents will result in denial of the request.

Requesting Driving Safety Course via web:

If you are requesting Driving Safety Course you must download the Motion for Driving Safety Course Request form, fill it out completely with signatures and upload it back to our website along with the required documents of Valid Class C Texas Drivers License, unless you are active military provide military ID with valid drivers license, and your proof of insurance card. No person speeding over 24 mph will be granted or allowed defensive driving.  Failure to upload the signed documents will result in denial of the request.

Requesting Time to Pay via web:

If you are requesting Time to Pay you must download the Order, fill it out completely with all the highlighted areas filled in and upload it back to our website along with a $50.00 payment per violation requesting time to pay.  Failure to upload correct documents or correctly completed documents could result in denial of your request.

 

 Note:  If you receive a "No violations are found" reply. Please close your browser and re-enter our website so that data has a chance to re-sink.  Possibly someone else is making a payment and the system will incorrectly show "No Violations Found". If paying a Warrant of Arrest online, it is important that you read this information page BEFORE paying.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN PAYING FOR AN ACTIVE WARRANT OF ARREST ON-LINE:

You may pay an active warrant of arrest using this on-line payment system but you are still subject to arrest until the Judge has accepted your payment as a plea of guilty and the case has been processed. The court will usually receive your payment the following business day; however, on weekends and holidays your payment will not be processed until the next business day following the holiday or weekend. No payment is considered received until the Judge signs the Judgement.

NOTICE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PAYING ONLINE MIGHT RESULT IN A CONVICTION AND COULD BE REPORTED TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.  THIS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITS ANY RIGHT TO REQUEST DRIVING SAFETY CLASS OR DEFERRED DISPOSITION FOR POSSIBLE DISMISSAL OF YOUR CITATION WITHOUT PROPER UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS REQUESTING ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING.
