The City of Hondo provides Online Services for Municipal Court, Permits, Utility Billing, and more! Our online service allows you to access your account and view detailed information through a secured access point. We also offer customers 24/7 access and the option to pay online via credit card. All credit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express. There is a $3.00 credit card convenience fee and a $1.25 online maintenance fee per transaction.
On the Hondo Municipal Court page the online maintenance fee per transaction is $2.50 or $3.50 depending upon the type of payment.
All payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be credited to the account the next business day.

Utility Billing Information
You a can view your utility bill or update your account information by just clicking here. There is no fee to set up an online account. It is fast, convenient and easy. You have access to financial information (current amount due, last payment, amount past due, contract information, etc.), address information, transaction information (with copies of statements), and consumption information. To sign-up, you'll need your account number, last payment amount and an email address (You will need to confirm your email address to finalize registration).
Municipal Court Information
You may pay your traffic ticket/citation through mail, in person or online. Paying online counts as a plea of no contest and will result in a conviction being entered on your record. Do not pay online if you are requesting defensive driving or probation. To search for violations, you will need your driver's license number, state of issuance, and date of birth.
You may pay your permit fees online after the permit application has been submitted, reviewed, approved, and issued by the Code Compliance/Building Inspection department.

**Please note the following when registering:
Recommended Registration requests are for Contractors, Contractors' Employees, and/or Property Owners. Registration requests for individuals or entities for outside of Construction Permitting purposes will not be considered for Registration on this site and may be rejected. If you need assistance with Solicitor's/Peddler's Permit, Collection Station Permits, and etc., please contact the City's Municipal Office at 830-426-3378.
