Important Notice for Hilliard Citizens
Please be advised that from October 22nd at 5:00 PM until October 24th at 12:00 PM, the Town of Hilliard will be upgrading our internal software. During this time, all payment systems will be temporarily unavailable, meaning we will not be able to accept or process any payments, including water bills, permits, registrations, etc. This applies to payments made in person, via phone, or online.
Our offices will remain open to assist with any questions or concerns, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to improve our systems and better serve you.
Thank you for your understanding, and please plan ahead to take care of any payments prior to the scheduled downtime.
