How do I add a tenant to my account?
For a tenant to pay the utility bill, we first need the landlord to sign off on a Billing Responsibility Authorization. Please click here, the form can be found linked under "Renters."
Once the landlord has signed this form, please email it to wlaurien@gunnisoncounty.org. I will get the new tenant account set up and email a confirmation back to you. More questions? Call 970.641.2203
