Please email your Special Event Application to danderson@cityoffreeport.org. These documents will need to be received before the license will be issued to the applicant. If you are paying for a special event invoice you have received for Police and Public Works Fees please provide us with the invoice number in the section below or send an email to danderson@cityoffreeport.org to make sure your payment is applied to your account correctly.
