Utility Billing Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If record shows a 'Prior Account Balance', utility service is subject to cut off. IF service has been cut off for non-payment, once required payment is made, contact the Utility Billing Office during office hours at 503-992-3221 to schedule reconnection. Service reconnection is not available on weekends or holidays.
