Municipal Court is held the First and Third Wednesday of every Month.  Check-in begins at 3:00 pm.

***We will NOT BE GRANTING continuances the week of court. If defendants are sick, they must provide a Doctor's excuse and it can be emailed to court@fairhopeal.gov.
