Welcome to Euless Municipal Court's online payments. Citations may not be available for online payment for at least three days from the date of issuance. You will have 30 calendar days from the date of issuance to dispose of your citation. 

You CANNOT use this service to pay for:

• A person in jail.
• Posting a cash bond.
• A juvenile offense.
• An alcohol or tobacco offense if you are a minor.
• An assault offense relating to family violence.

Partial Payments

You may use this service to make payments on a previously arranged payment plan.

Payment in full

This online payment process requires you to enter a plea of guilty or no contest(nolo contendere), and to waive your right to a jury trial.  Please note that if you have not previously entered a plea with the Court, your payment will constitute a plea and WILL result in a conviction.

Deferred Disposition (if eligible)

Deferred Disposition means that you plead guilty or no contest to the charge, but instead of finding you guilty at that time, the Court, in its discretion, places you on probation for a period of time not to exceed 180 days.

At the time you are placed on deferred disposition, you will be required to pay the fine and court costs as ordered by the Court. The Court may also order additional conditions of deferred disposition. 

If you received multiple violations, deferred disposition is only eligible on one violation.

Warrant Payments

Any payments made for outstanding Capias or Arrest warrants will be processed for warrant clearance the next business day.
