Make a one-time payment. No log-in required. You’ll just need your account number and payment amount. You can pay your water bill online at any time using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please have a copy of your water bill available as you will need your account information printed on the bill. If you are paying more than one bill, each bill will need to be paid in a separate transaction. After submitting your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Payments made M-F before 10:00 pm (except holidays) will be credited to your account as of that business day. Payments made after hours will be credited to your account as of the following business day.
When you set up your account, you have the convenience of being able to view balances, and transaction history! You also have access to view your past usage or submit requests for service, such as a request to check for a leak. View steps on how to view current and past bills online here.

This option is intended for those who prefer to receive an electronic statement via e-mail each month instead of a printed statement delivered through the mail. Monthly electronic statements for E-mail Billing customers will include web links to Erie Edition (the Town’s bi-monthly newsletter) and other notices from Town Hall which are typically enclosed with printed statements.
