Please search your bill by entering your account and customer number.  If no bills show up, that indicates that you have not been issued a new bill.  You will be able to pay online and enroll in autopay and paperless as soon as you receive your next bill. 

If your service has been disconnected, do not use these online or Pay by Phone automated payment services to process your initial payment. Please call 252-823-3042 to make arrangements for payment.
