This form provides an option to pay a UTV renewal fee online. To renew your UTV permit, please fill in this payment form and send your completed application to the City Clerk. Permits last from January 1 to December 31 each year and will not be prorated. Applicants will be processed within five business days of receiving a completed application, and stickers will be mailed to the address on file via USPS. To ensure prompt processing, please make sure the name you use to pay matches the permit name.
